Accademia is a place of sharing and exchanging. Its multifunctional spaces are also available to hire for events and meetings.
From highly specialized areas, such as our laboratories and meeting rooms equipped with media systems to using the entire building and its features. Accademia offers the possibility to tailor every experience in a personalized way, whether it be a small meeting or large-scale events.
Laboratories
Four laboratories devoted to coffee: Green coffee, Roasting, Sensory and Extraction.
One dedicated laboratory/kitchen, equipped for specific courses and one on one ceramics workshops.
La Marzocco Home Section
The home barista paradise. Explore the entire La Marzocco Home range and its dedicated accessories. Discover unique materials for creating custom parts and a counter perfectly equipped for living the home barista experience.
Grand Bar Accademia
Professional bar with machines and brewing workstations for a wide range of extraction processes.
Training and meeting rooms
Training/meeting room (50sqm) with 20 seats and equipped with media and videoconference system. 12 desks with training arrangement.

Large events
It is possible to reserve the whole building for a private event. In addition to the aforementioned spaces, the entirety of the exhibition and museum area, a functioning 1960s styled espresso bar, an indoor greenhouse, and a spacious panoramic terrace equipped with its own bar area is also available to hire for private events.
Culinary Lab
A fully equipped professional kitchen and laboratories devoted to the discovery of regional cuisines through personalized cooking classes.
Library
A wide range of openly available texts covering such topics as coffee, botany, design, history, cooking, technology and management.

The drawings inside La Marzocco’s historical archives can be accessed upon appointment.
